Mr. Miluski is a Professional Engineer with over 16 years experience as a geotechnical engineer and 23 years in construction. He received his Bachelor of Science from Widener University where he was awarded the Major Martin Civil Engineering Award for graduating first in his engineering class. He received his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Widener University as well. His masters work included project management, advanced structural steel design, structural stability, and reinforced concrete design. While working towards his Masters in Engineering, Mr. Miluski wrote his thesis on Compaction Grouting in limestone geology. The study analyzed the effectiveness of different contractor's grout mixtures, pipe installation procedures, and grout injection techniques in Karst Terrain.
